Questions
Is the picture labelled?
Yes. Every image carries "Artist's concept rendering. Not an actual tenant or design." Keep the label on when you use it. We also send your original photo so you can show the two side by side.
Can you show a named brand?
No. We show tenant types, like specialty coffee or a fitness boutique, never a named brand or logo.
Will you change the space?
No. Walls, columns, windows, doors, ceiling and storefront stay as they are. If we can't keep them true, you get your money back.
What if it isn't right?
One round of changes is included, within 7 days. A different tenant type is a new order.
How fast is it?
Renders come back in 48 hours. The vacancy pack takes 3 business days. The clock starts when we have everything we need.
What should I send?
2 to 6 photos of the empty space, taken straight on with the lights on. A floor plan as a PDF if you have one. For the pack, add your listing facts and a site plan. Anything you leave out stays blank on the flyer; we never guess a figure.
